Return Policy

We understand that sometimes items just don't work!

The Item:

All tags must still be attached.
Item cannot be worn, washed or altered in anyway.
Must not have any make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or smoke odor.

Shipping the Item Back:

Must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
Contact us at returns@shopklash.com to receive a return number and to obtain the return address.
Include a note with your name, email address and return number.
While we offer free shipping on all orders, you will be responsible for return shipping. Take your package to your local Post Office and ship it back to the address provided in the return email request.
Please get a tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend getting insurance on your package when shipping back to us.

Processing Returns:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. We will then email you a store credit code. All returns are for store credit.
